With the emergence of more visibility of IPOC artists and arts organizations, more culturally sensitive Arts Administrators become an asset. In dances', Samyuktha Punthambekar possesses all the attributes that are reflective of a change in the Canadian artistic landscape. To work with her in any capacity, artistic or administrative, is for me a grounding in cultural relevancy and leadership.
